Whaleback Mountain’s Annual Duathlon returns on September 17th during our September Sundays!
Stick around after the race for an outdoor concert with The Chad Hollister Band
Flea market, music, fresh food on the grill and cold beverages for the whole event!
With two different lengths of race available, there is something for everyone!
Sprint Distance= ~5 mile cycle(5 laps) followed by a 2 mile hike/run up and down the mountain.
Standard Distance= ~10 mile cycle(10 laps) followed by a 4 mile hike/run up and down the mountain.
Run Only: 1 lap (2 miles) or 2 laps (4 miles)
Bike Only: Short distance (5 miles) or Long distance (10 miles)
Introducing Relay Option! Grab a friend and tag-team the race together. You and a team member can position yourselves anywhere on the course, switch off at each lap, or any combination thereof. As long as you collectively complete the entire course, anything goes!
